I was in the mood for a burger yesterday so I decided to invite a few friends over for a little slider tasting. I made 3 sliders and and some sweet potato fries.
Clockwise from top left, we got a slider with cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and chitpole aioli. Next to that we got one with spinach, tomato, and fresh mozzarella. And finally we got a slider with cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and more cheddar cheese.
Out of the three sliders, the one with bacon and the caramelized onions was the overwhelming crowd favorite, with the one with the jalapenos coming in second.
